Customer Market Insights helps Unilever stay closely connected to consumers and shoppers by uncovering the motivations, trends, and behaviours that drive their decisions. You’ll translate data and research into clear insights that guide brand strategy, innovation, and in‑market execution. In CMI, you’ll influence key business decisions by ensuring our brands and categories are built on a deep understanding of people and the market.

Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is 6-month apprenticeship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. UPLIFT give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

Candidate Criteria

• Final year students or fresh graduates

• Indonesian Citizenship

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

• A minimum GPA of 3.30

• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG

• Available for a full-time and on-site apprenticeship starting from September 2026 – March 2027
