JOB PURPOSE This role exists to protect and elevate the quality, consistency and governance of material and product master data that powers our supply chain in Turkey. You will be a key point of contact for master data standards, procedures, business processes and data flows – keeping our data reliable, our operations agile and our decision-making fast. You will also shape the roadmap for new data structures in alignment with both local and global units, and ensure cross-functional requirements are translated into a sustainable master data management cycle. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. You will sit within Turkey’s Master Data & Governance team, part of the wider PTAB cluster – the group of markets covering Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh that collaborate closely on shared data standards, governance and transformation. While your day-to-day focus is Turkey, you will have genuine opportunities to grow into regional and global master data initiatives, and we are looking for someone who is keen to take them. Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Configure and run the Master Data Management (MDM) process for material, vendor, and product master data through business rules. • Act as a key contact for the governance and excellence of material and product master data standards, procedures and end-to-end data flows. • Support the roadmap for new master data structures, aligned with both local and global units. • Monitor and safeguard data quality, reliability and consistency. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal data policies. • Identify issues and opportunities and drive solutions that keep the master data cycle sustainable and agile. • Investigate automation opportunities to eliminate manual errors and non-value-adding activity, while improving speed and agility. • Understand stakeholder needs and balance cross-functional requirements within MDM processes through close collaboration with Supply Chain and other functions. • Contribute to regional and global master data initiatives, bringing local expertise and adopting global best practice. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with master data, ideally within a supply chain or FMCG environment. • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and practices. • Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into clear business language. • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to manage data quality, reliability and consistency. • Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English, with strong influencing and stakeholder-management ability. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • A quantitative or engineering background – for example Industrial, Computer or Mathematics Engineering, Econometrics, Economics or a related field. • Experience delivering data management projects and working in a data or information modelling environment. • Comfort working with large, complex data sets. • Eagerness to take on regional and global master data projects across the PTAB markets.
