JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Develop andexecute sourcing strategyfor Pakistan’ Personal CareBusiness,while aligning with Global Procurement frameworks and cluster buying strategies. Decides who to buy from, how to buy & when to buy, with relevant portfolio teams

  • Monitor Pakistan and global market dynamics—FX, commodity indices, supply disruptions, regulatory changes—and translate insights into buying recommendations

  • Deliver annual savings, NMI, MarketInsightsand productivity targets

  • Support the business withaccurateprice forecasting. Prepare information on purchase price/trendand conditions to enable proper budgeting and cash forecasting

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build andmaintainstrong relationship with key suppliers to ensure quality, service, and innovation. Responsible for the integration of supplier capabilities,logistics, and service requirement of Unilever manufacturing sites.

  • Operational Excellence: manage the procurement process, ensuringtimelydelivery of materials and services whileoptimizingsupply chain performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance,SupplyChain,R&D& Brands) to align procurement activities with business needs.

  • Deliver Operation Cash Flow and Working Capital plans for specific materials/services and suppliers

  • To directly lead or co-ordinate large procurement projects him/herself as needed and continuously improve ways of working andoptimizeprocurement activities

  • To lead the rationalization of suppliers, materials and services that meet Unilever's business requirements

  • In the context of our Partnerships Strategy, toidentify, develop and manage strategic business relationships to enable implementation of the Unilever growth strategy, revenueachievementand new product development initiatives

  • Development of contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security. Build material resilience strategy and plans

  • Ensure adherence to Unilever procurement policies, ethics, sustainability principles, and supplier compliance requirements

  • Maintainaccuratedata, contracts, coverage positions, and system hygiene across tools (SAP, Coupa and other portals)

Experiences & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Experience:+2years in procurement or supply chain management.
