Main Job Purpose

As a Capability Field Execution Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Unilever Food Solutions customer engagement strategy working cross functionally to deliver business growth targets. You will be leading Trade & Operator Customer Development teams to execute Digital & Offline contact strategy. You are part of the team to land and train Area Sales Strategy both for Operators and Trade customers. You have the accountability to develop capabilities of on ground team via delivering relevant training 30% classroom and 70% F2F on the job field training and upskilling as a key enabler to delivering business results

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving Reach & Penetration for Operators, Distributive Trade and WS and C & C Customers to deliver UFS Growth Ambition i.e Turnover, Reach, Penetration, eComm, Digital
  • 70% On the Job Field training and upskilling new hires and 30% Classroom Training.
  • Executing Go to market contacts Strategy to deliver Business KPIs
  • Developing CD Team for Future-Fit Skills

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

  • Coach Sales Team for delivering the national business target i.e. Turnover, Reach & Penetration, GGG & GTM Target.
  • Lead Unilever Food Solutions Operator & Trade sales teams to execute Customer engagement Strategy (offline & Online) to drive Reach & Penetration for visited & non-visited Operators & Trade/WS.
  • Ensure CD is equipped with required skill set to deliver Area target and GTM KPIs.
  • Drive implementation of Secondary Sales Data (SSD) partnerships, Trade incl. Distributors, Wholesalers and C&C.
  • Develop future fit capability, develop, and facilitate the appropriate training whenever it is needed.
  • Develop and coach UFS sales teams to continually develop Core & New CD Skills to ensure business delivery via virtual & face to face (F2F) coaching using CRM tool.
  • Accountable for Implementation and execution of Food Solutions digital tools within the designated Territory/Area
  • Lead the team to support & drive operator engagement on all UFS platforms (ufs.com/Salesforce/Academy/ChefPro/UFS Webinars)
  • Ensure active engagement of operators via digital means & track using Single Customer View (SCV). Use data driven insights to take corrective actions to ensure that behaviour continues
  • Drive GTM KPIs based on Territory/Area/assignment
  • Business Partnering: Ensure KPIs are met and participate in idea generation and execution through sales team

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar FMCG role
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Foodservice Industry
  • Strong leadership & Team management skills
  • Digital & IT skills such as Power BI
  • Data & Analytical Skills - Ability to use data driven insights for business growth
