Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing logistics transport from Java sourcing to Unilever customer both within java area and outer islands.

Main Responsibilities

• Cross collaboration with Customer Experience team, warehouse team and Transporters to ensure we deliver products as per requirements.

• Monitor and troubleshoot shipment execution

• Organize network and implement the best FG flows from BoF to Customer/ DC.

• Initiate, implement and guard continuous improvement in logistics, especially to make the process more effective and cost efficient.

• Validate finance inquiry related to transportation

• Capacity preparation to support sales

• D2D project lead

Experience & Qualification

• Min bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Experienced in handling supply chain operational role 

• Experienced working with external parties is preferred

• Prior min 1 year work experience in related logistic business would be an advantage

• Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Experience & Commercial)

• Candidate must be able to operate Mastery in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SAP System and fluency in English
