Main Job Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to join our Customer Development team, focusing on regional modern trade and supermarkets. This is a full-time role based in the Philippines, where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our brands thrive in the marketplace.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

  • Build strong partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted point of contact.
  • Drive sales success: Lead the full sales process, from negotiating contracts to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and product development to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor performance: Track account metrics, share insights with leadership, and adjust strategies to secure long-term growth.
  • Advise clients: Provide guidance on the best products and services to help clients succeed, while identifying opportunities for additional business.

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally with exposure to modern trade or retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
