Beauty & Wellbeing Affiliate Manager

Brand Content (Self Video)

• Work closely with Brand Manager & Assistant Brand Manager to define end-to-end content strategy aligned with global brand vision and local market dynamics
• Collaborate & brief creative/social agencies for social first campaign ideas to deliver meaningful content at scale to enhance brand relevancy.
• Embed social-first thinking across all campaigns, ensuring content is designed for E-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
• Own creation of high-performing self-selling videos (short-form, native, creator-style content)
• Work closely with Social & PR team, and Dcom KAM for content execution on platforms.

Affiliate Video 

• Build strategy to drive Affiliate Video from Top Tier / Mid tier/ Mass / Open plan creators to deliver GMV & ROAS target in Tiktokshop for Beauty & Wellbeing (Hair & Skin care)
• Work with MCN (Eco, Melive and other top MCN in market) to execute and drive for monthly performance by category and brand levels
• Control budget and investment to deliver targeted ROAS for Video
• Review performance for Video key metrics and provide insight / actions plan for Media / brand team to optimized ads performance and content to improve quality
• Explore and create creators pool by creators Affiliate contest, challenge and social seeding groups

Job Requriements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and digital metrics for Video
• Have strong capability to work with complexity, driving result and multi purpose activities planning
• Able to manage MCN workstream with solid guidance and influecning skill
• Having experience in Beauty category and Affiliate is a Must
