JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Oversee financial statement preparation, ensuring IFRS and local regulation compliance.
Manage audit committee and board packs, providing insightful financial analysis.
Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate accounting and timely payments.
Ensure compliance with global accounting standards, local laws, and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvements, lead audit coordination, and identify areas for automation.
Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
Manage bank reconciliations, perform control self-assessments, and maintain robust internal controls.
Lead internal controls implementation in Pakistan, ensuring compliance with Unilever's global control framework.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in special projects, including M&A, sustainability (ESG), and other initiatives.
Manage direct reports, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Contribute to the finance leadership team, driving change management initiatives and promoting financial excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications

• CA Qualified
• At least 6+ years of experience in related areas
