• Coleta de amostras de produto acabado e análise conforme Book de CRQS. • Registro do resultado da análise de CRQS no SAP Módulo QM / Check list eletrônicos • Coleta de amostras de produto acabado e análise de peso. • Registro do peso do produto no banco de dados Cep Online. • Notificar o operador da linha das não conformidades encontradas no CRQS e Peso; • Check de “Pontos Q” (pontos de qualidade); • Análises de vazamentos para desodorantes Rollon (Câmara de vácuo); • Análise de vazamentos para embalagens doypack (rebentômetros) e drop test; • Abertura de Relatórios de não conformidades em sistemas informatizados; • Reinspeções de produtos acabados bloqueados; • Garantir os requisitos aplicáveis à norma BRCGS.
