Job Purpose

Drive execution planning activities by synchronizing demand, supply, factory capacity, materials, and inventory to ensure products are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) while optimizing inventory and operational efficiency.

Job Description

you will be a key driver in ensuring responsible for translating demand and supply plans into executable operations while ensuring service, inventory, and cost targets are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

1. Production & Execution Planning

• Translate supply plans into detailed production schedules.

• Balance customer demand, factory capacity, labor availability, and material constraints.

• Manage changes in production plans and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

2. Factory & Supplier Synchronization

• Collaborate closely with factories and third-party manufacturers.

• Align on production calendars, maintenance schedules, capacity availability, and labor planning.

• Ensure supply continuity and readiness across the network.

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor finished goods and material inventory.

• Identify risks of excess stock, slow-moving inventory, and stock-outs.

• Drive actions to improve inventory health while maintaining service levels.

4. Issue Resolution & Risk Management

• Lead mitigation plans for supply disruptions, material shortages, quality issues, and capacity constraints.

• Conduct trade-off analysis between service, cost, and inventory.

• Escalate critical business risks and coordinate recovery plans

Qualifications

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. (Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering would be favourable)

• MBA or equivalent is a plus.

​2. Experience

• 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Innovation Planning, Project Management, or FMCG operations.

• Experience in Home Care or Hygiene categories would be preferred.

• Experience as Supply Planner is value added

3. Technical Skills

• Fluent in Ms. Excel & Power Point.

• Excel at SAP is value added
