Marketing Manager – Hair Care (TRESemmé, Dove Hair & Sunsilk)
Duration: 1 June 2026-31 May 2027 (12 months Contract)
Location: Australia - North Rocks, CBD
Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager – Hair Care is accountable for driving growth and brand equity across TRESemmé, Dove Hair and Sunsilk in ANZ. The role leads end‑to‑end brand strategy, innovation and execution across multiple brands and channels, translating global strategy into locally relevant plans that deliver against IBP, P&L and market share objectives.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, commercial rigour and executional excellence, working cross‑functionally with CSP, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, CMI and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Portfolio Leadership
Own the portfolio strategy and brand plans for TRESemmé, Dove Hair and Sunsilk, ensuring clear brand roles, priorities and growth drivers.
Translate global brand strategy and innovation pipelines into locally relevant, executable ANZ plans (including UI where appropriate).
Lead annual, mid‑term and long‑term planning across IBP, innovation roadmap and communication strategy.
Growth, Innovation & Execution
Lead end‑to‑end innovation (NPD/renovation) from ideation to post‑launch review, including claims, pack, GTIN, artwork, forecasting and in‑market delivery.
Drive E2E campaign development and execution across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring high‑quality creative and strong in‑market impact.
Step‑change core execution across priority customers (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse) through customer‑back solutions and tailored plans.
Commercial & Performance Management
Own brand P&L levers including volume, NSP, BMI and A&P investment effectiveness.
Lead performance tracking across KPI dashboards, post‑campaign reviews and insight‑led optimisation.
Partner with CSP and Finance to build robust commercial cases, forecasts and trade‑offs.
Cross‑Functional & Agency Leadership
Act as the TOM for Hair Care brands, aligning Marketing, CSP, CD, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance behind shared priorities.
Lead and brief creative, media, PR and shopper agencies, setting a high bar for strategy, creative quality and execution.
Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast‑paced portfolio environment.
Team & Ways of Working
