JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to support the implementation and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies for the Food Business Unit in France, enabling sustainable growth and improved profitability.

As part of a highly cross-functional environment, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making by analyzing key business levers such as pricing, promotions, and assortment. You will play an integral role in driving performance insights and supporting strategic planning across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • RGM Analysis & Recommendations
    Conduct in-depth analyses across pricing, promotions, portfolio mix, and pack-price architecture by channel. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

  • Performance Monitoring
    Track and evaluate sell-out performance across customers and channels. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve market performance.

  • Forecasting & Planning
    Support accurate sales forecasting processes, enabling effective planning across supply chain and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    Partner closely with brand and category teams to identify performance levers and contribute to delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

  • Initial professional experience in FMCG, retail, or customer development is highly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and synthesize complex data

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English and French

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
