JOB PURPOSE

As a Marketing Lead (Dove Skin Cleansing), you will own and drive three critical growth engines within the Personal Care business: Men Skin Cleansing leadership, Total Personal Care E-commerce performance, and Dove Personal Care “Other Say” demand generation.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate category growth, brand power, and digital demand across Dove, DoveMen+Care, Axe, and Rexona, while reinforcing Unilever’s leadership in high-value segments.  

  • Expand Unilever’s leadership in the Men SCL segment, driving growth for DoveMen+Careand Axe.

  • Win in E-commerce by accelerating performance across all PC brands through superior digital execution and commercial excellence.

  • Increase Dove Brand Power in SCL and DEOS through best-in-class Social-First “Other Say” demand generation strategies.

  • Act as the strategic owner of two high-potential value pillars: SCL Men segment and Total PC E-commerce, while leading Dove PC “Other Say” communications.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the SCL Men platform, ensuring competitive superiority and growth across DoveMen+Careand Axe.

  • Drive execution against OKRs, including Make Dove #1, UBS delivery, and future PC growth ambitions.

  • Lead the development and execution of innovation pipelines, including DMC+ BarsandAxe.

  • Partner cross-functionallyto deliver in-market excellence acrossportfolio, innovation, and campaigns.

E-commerceLeadership

  • Own Total PC E-commerce performance, driving growth across Dove, DoveMen+Care, Axe, and Rexona.

  • Partner with E-commerce, Sales, and Supply teams tooptimizeassortment, content, media, and conversion.

  • Act as a digital pioneer, embedding e-commerce thinking into brand and demand plans.

Dove PC “Other Say” & Communications

  • Lead Dove PC "Other Say" strategies for both SCL and DEOS, ensuring strong, consistent brand advocacy.

  • Develop and execute social-first demand generation plans, working closely with agencies and demand creation teams.

  • Ensure Dove’s brand purpose, superiority, and tone of voice are consistently expressed across touchpoints.

Cross-Functional& AgencyLeadership

  • Lead and project-manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Global teams.

  • Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-time execution aligned to businessobjectives.

  • Use data and insights to track performance,optimizeplans, and deliver SOM, financial, and Brand Power KPIs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Experience in FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care: Solid understanding of category dynamics, innovation, and brand building.

  • Integrated Marketing Execution: Proven ability to lead social-first, digital, e-commerce, and integrated campaigns.

  • E-commerce Acumen: Experience driving growth in digital channels and understanding the full e-commerce ecosystem.

  • Brand & Communication Leadership: Ability to build brand power through compelling, consistent storytelling.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and levels.

  • Agency Management: Proven experience leading creative, media, and digital agency partners.

  • Financial & Business Acumen: Comfort managing budgets, tracking ROI, and delivering against financial targets.
