WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE - PTAB B&W and PC Manufacturings Sites digital Masterplan plays a vital role in: o 4- Transformation areas o 5- Strategic projects and impact o 7- Factory Long term view - Assessment of site digital maturity and designing digital roadmap - Managing projects network and managing execution teams in the 4 Key sites (DPC – UAE, RYK – Pakistan, BUL – Saudi Arabia and KGF – Bangladesh) - Best practices crosspollination between the 4 key sites - Extending support on Digital transformation to Key B&W/PC 3PMs and B&W/PC production Lines in other BGs - B&W and PC central point of contact between the sites’ teams and global digital engineering teams Lead Make Digital Transformation Team in four countries, a team who work on physical execution of Digital transformation initiatives. This would include working with Site’s production/Engineering Stake holders to execute hardware/software changes on site to serve the site’s digital transformation agenda. Some examples of executional tasks could be: o Develop software applications to communicate with hardware on the site. o Integrate pre-existing software modules together and/or with newly developed components. o Preform upgrades on pre-existing software applications. o Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity problems. o Conduct basic troubleshooting of various software systems. • Act as a point of contact to offer basic troubleshooting for hardware/software affiliated with site’s Digital infrastructure. • Be responsible for coordinating with internal factory stakeholders within the design and implementation phase of digital transformation projects. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications 5 – 7 Years experience in Manufacturing sites and in Digital transformation in FMCG industry, 3 Years + in managing big teams on ground and remotely . Skills • Strategic thinking and drafting transforming business strategy into site masterplan • Ability to design projects networks, risk assessment and calculating business return on investment • Ability to Communicate/read/write in English language. • Stake holders management and Management of change (MOC) • Demonstrated expertise in writing software program in any programming language (e.g. .NET/C# or Python) , • Basic understanding of computer networks/IP Addressing/General Network hardware. • Basic understanding of Electrical wiring/cabling. • Team management and development • The candidate is preferred to have experience in reading/writing/debugging object-oriented programming languages. • Proficiency to self-learn from resources over the internet.
