Job Title: GDT Media Engagement Manager
Location: Mumbai, India

We would be accountable for impact of solutions, maintaining market relevance and driving P&L, customer, and consumer value from analytics products. You’ll collaborate with global product and technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful project execution.
Role overview: Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to architect, build, and lead the development of our internal multi agent orchestration platform. This role is both hands on and strategic: you will input into designing system architecture, implement agent workflows, use the media ecosystem knowledge to integrate muti-agent workflows, and mentor teammates while ensuring the platform scales to meet evolving media needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Design
o Define the overall architecture for multi agent orchestration, including communication protocols, task routing, and error handling.
o Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for agent development.
• Business Engagement
o Partner with the experts within media team to frame, design & execute agentic solutions
o Convert that into tech requirements & do the project management to see it through
• Leadership & Collaboration
o Act as the technical lead, mentoring engineers and guiding cross functional collaboration.
o Work closely with MLOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring.
• Quality & Reliability
o Conduct testing and validation of agent interactions.
o Ensure scalability, modularity, and maintainability of the system.
o Document architecture, workflows, and technical decisions for internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6–10 years in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in AI/agentic frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration, APIs, and event driven architectures.
• Proven ability to both design architectures and deliver production code.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with media workflows, content management systems, or digital asset pipelines.
• Built agentic AI solutions / Worked in tech teams in media, social platform companies
• Experience leading small engineering teams or projects
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
