Job Description : Frontline Process Sales Executive Position Title: Frontline Process Sales Executive Work Level: 1B / 1C Location: Mumbai – HO Department: Customer Development – Centre of Excellence Job Overview The executive will be responsible for release and deployment tasks of the DMS application LeverEDGE and lead several other COE project initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities • Provide end-to-end support for the existing Distributor Management System (DMS) application across all business channels. • Generate insights into new application functionalities by gathering feedback from ground-level sales teams. • Collaborate closely with Branch Anchors and internal HUL stakeholders to capture real-time challenges, needs, and improvement opportunities. • Data analysis for monitoring governance tasks and generate reports for business reviews and decision-making. • Work closely with the internal business stakeholders and IT team to: o Gather requirements for new releases o Assist in preparing and sharing business briefs o Prioritize requirements and plan release cycles o Ensure timely closure of the User Requirement Specification (URS) o Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all changes and enhancements. o Document and share relevant feedback and observations. o Provide final sign-off after successful testing and validation. o Coordinate pilot rollouts with Branch Anchors and IT team. o Consolidate pilot feedback, review inputs, and support refinement before national rollout.   Job Requirements • Qualification - Graduation in Science or Technology preferred (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc). • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point and familiarity in working on sales automation applications. • 2–3 years of field sales experience is essential to effectively handle operational queries from field and provide clarifications to IT team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly document tasks on internal portals and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders. • A strong affinity for technology and digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and system enhancements.
