Job Purpose

The PC Livestream & SV role is responsible for driving sales, engagement, and conversion for the Personal Care (PC) portfolio through Livestream and Short Video (SV) activations across digital commerce platforms. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing livestream and video led commerce initiatives by collaborating closely with creators, platform partners, agencies, and internal cross functional teams to deliver strong commercial performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Livestream & SV Planning and Execution

  • Plan and execute PC livestream and short‑video activations aligned with brand campaigns, commercial priorities, and key trading moments.

  • Coordinate products, offers, creators/hosts, and content formats to ensure effective execution.

2. Content & Creator Enablement

  • Work with creators, hosts, and agencies to ensure livestream and SV content is engaging, on‑brand, and conversion‑focused.

  • Support content briefing, asset readiness, and execution guidelines for PC activations.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor key KPIs for livestream and SV including traffic, engagement, conversion, GMV, and ROI.

  • Analyze performance and generate insights to continuously optimize formats, timing, content, and mechanics.

4. Cross-functional & External Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, dCommerce, CSP/NRM, Content, Media, and Supply teams to ensure aligned planning and execution.

  • Manage relationships with platform teams, creators/KOLs, hosts, and external agencies.

5. Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, commercial policies, and platform requirements.

  • Support reporting, learning agenda, and continuous improvement of livestream and SV ways of working.


Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

  • 1–8 years of relevant experience in livestream, short‑video commerce, social commerce, e‑commerce, or digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or Personal Care.

  • Hands‑on exposure to livestream and short‑video activation on digital commerce platforms is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with creators/KOLs, agencies, and cross‑functional teams is an advantage.
