As an HR GenNext, you will support day to day projects including overheads management, data accuracy, and talent initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their analytical and project management skills while gaining exposure to strategic HR work in a global business. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Support People Cost forecasting, budgeting, and monthly tracking in collaboration with Finance and HRBPs. Partner with the HRBPs to support talent projects such as capability mapping, succession planning and drive engagement in the organisation. Supporting cleaning and consolidating HR data to support organizational effectiveness and decision-making. Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics. Contribute to the development of tools and processes that improve data quality and reporting efficiency. Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives across the Home Care Europe cluster. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights from data. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English (written and verbal), Fluency in French would be a plus Learning agility and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Previous internship or project experience in HR, data analysis, or business support is a plus Skills ​​Data accuracy and attention to detail ​Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills ​Clear written and verbal communication in English ​Team collaboration and stakeholder support ​Willingness to learn HR systems and tools ​Analytical thinking and problem-solving​ Leadership You are motivated to grow into a future leader.
