WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Become the project delivery contact for Home Care Project Teams related to projects of Innovation, Savings, Capability, Capacity, SHEQM, asset re-use and VIP by using Best Practice Tools and Processes (EPM, EEM, Project Management).
• Leading project delivery starting from design lock to handover to production teams, while supporting Concept & Front-End Engineering Design, co-leading Detailed Design, and following up project budgets for all projects in Pakistan in close conjunction with the Central Engineering team of PTAB.
• Follow up Pakistan Home Care capex, make sure capex is spend ontime and infull
• Undertake technology supplier evaluations in support of defining the technology supply base including scouting for technologies and local suppliers which will provide competitive advantage to Unilever.
• Support/carry out hygiene & Enzyme audits, gaps closure follow-up.
• Evaluating alternative local 3P’s and suppliers in terms of capability, enzyme & hygiene, building capital plans to meet Unilever requirements.
• Ensuring Best Practice is effectively captured and implemented across factories.
• Support Category Planning & SUIT teams to develop & implement capacity, savings and innovation agenda.
• Support delivering Sustainability capabilities & projects to match 2030 sustainability ambition.
• Support sites on Unilever Manufacturing System.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications


Essential
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in engineering/project management.
• Good Knowledge of Packaging/Process Technology and Equipment associated with an FMCG company.

Preferred
• Experience in leading contractors / teams.
• Experience in TPM/WCM/UMS
• Capex Management
• Hygienic design and standards.
• Knowledge of Enzyme handling
• Knowledge of Early Product and Equipment Management (EPM/EEM)
• Good understanding of the raw &pack materials, and conversion processes, especially within Laundry Powders/Homecare Liquids.
