Project Scope & Description

  • Assistant Field Operation Manager will support the execution of field sales and merchandising activities to ensure effective implementation of company strategies at Doors level.

  • This role is responsible for monitoring field execution quality, supporting Field Force productivity (Red to Green) & Perfect Stores Execution

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders (KAM, BU MD-USL, BP) and External (Account SPV - DC Manager), and ensuring compliance with agreed planograms, promotions, OSA and all operational project across assigned areas.

Expected Deliverables/Outputs

  • Better Collaboration and relationship with DC Account.

  • Consistent and timely execution of Perfect Doors & merchandising initiatives at store level

  • Weekly and monthly field execution reports with insights and improvement actions

  • Improved compliance OSA, Planogram, Promotion, and visibility standards- Innitiatives

  • On-time support for new program rollouts (NPD, Promo, Festive execution)

  • Accurate field data and feedback to support decision making at HO level

  • Improved Field Force discipline and execution consistency (RED to Green)

Professional background expected

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Execution, Merchandising, or FMCG field roles

  • Prior exposure to modern trade execution is preferred

  • Experience working closely with Field Force, Sales Supervisors, or Merchandisers & Account DC Manager/Supervisor (DC)

  • Familiar with store execution such as planogram, visibility display, OSA, and promotion compliance.

  • Experience in FMCG industry is a strong advantage


Specific skill required

  • Strong execution and follow-up skills

  • Good analytical thinking and ability to interpret field data

  • Effective communication, Negotiation and coordination skills

  • Basic reporting and presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field
