KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade and operator accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and potential new prospects.

Commercial & Strategic Execution

  • Develop and implement effective account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate joint business plans, promotional campaigns, and activation initiatives with partners.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Track account performance, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

  • Deliver regular business updates and reports to management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to optimize commercial strategies.

  • Provide recommendations to improve account profitability and overall business performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

  • Ensure flawless execution of account initiatives through effective internal coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in key account management, trade, or operator sales (FMCG, hospitality, travel, or related industries preferred).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Passion for food or cooking skills will be considered an advantage
