Job Purpose

Knorr cooking is in challenging business to grow via category development and consumer demanding. This role will bring TH local marketing strategy to life with E2E planning to execution campaigns, activations pre-stores to in-stores.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead Execution of Knorr CCA Campaigns

Cooperate with media agencies to create campaigns activations, and deployment mixes including from traditional activations, digital campaigns, market development campaigns.
Lead internal cross-functional team in the operations supporting the launches of projects including saving, improve product performance project and activations.
Managing 6P (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions).

Day-to-Day Brand Operations:

Participate topline Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with activity plan input, manage investment budget and analysis sales data.
Project Management with internal and external teams
Analysis external data Nielsen, Kantar Household Panel, Brand Health.
Team up with TH base Knorr team (internal stakeholders and external agencies).

Business Results

Consistent monitoring performance of Knorr responsible product (Topline, Shares, and Brand KPIs).
Effectively manage A&P budget.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience 2 – 5 years in marketing execution.
Experience in foods or drinks company is a plus.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge on communication development, media planning.
Keen on numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting).
Experience in strategy development or year plan process.
Good English language communicator with senior stakeholders and cross functional.
Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders internal and external.
Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies.
