JOB PURPOSE

TheFulfilment (PR to PO)Assistant Manageris responsible forstewardship and process excellence, which encompasses supporting/leading thetransformationandsimplificationagenda,controlsand automation across finance operations.This role ensures compliance with the Global Process Model and Financial Controls Framework, drives operational efficiencies, and supports global harmonization. You will work closely with regional counterparts(Market Operations), GCAD, CSC, 3PSPsand report to the Global PEC Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of Global Process Models (GPMs) forFulfilment (PR to PO), ensuring governance updates aretimelyand controlledperS2P PEC model.

  • Drive process standardization and alignment across in-scope countries/platforms; lead change management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Full ownership of driving the force behind all aspects of GFCF controls, the individual must be able toidentifyrisks within processes and exercise sound judgment to introduce new controls, carefully considering both the significance and potential impact of those risks.

  • Enable training & communications aligned and sharing system/controlsupdates whererelevant to Market operations and 3PSP teams.

  • Weekly/Monthly performance review of 3PSPs in terms of Automated controls, QPAs applicable KPIs

  • Redesign processes to create future-ready models, using innovation and technology to simplify and automate.

  • Introduce and assessnew ideasand build business cases for improvement projects, planning and delivering these in partnership with stakeholders.

  • Lead changesimpactingUnilever growth plan.

  • Understand SAP design/3PSP workflow systems, lead scoping filereviewsand work on GRC PC Alerts

  • Collaborate with global peers to ensure our guidelines areembeddedand our teams are supported in continuous improvement.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with partners, ensuring effective governance and shared success.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS/ Skills

  • CA/MBA/Masterswith at least 8+ years of professional experience,

  • Most importantly,abilityto work independently.

  • Strong communication

  • Proven Logical reasoning, ability to cut throughdifficult situation.

  • Data based bold decision making, strong analytical skills

  • Understanding of Risk and controls

  • Ability to see that is not obvious and challenge status quo

  • Reasonable financial, business and procurement understanding to make business decisions to be able to appreciate the requirements

  • Accountability, ownership, anda commitmentto results.

  • Flexibility to work across time zones as it is Global role

  • Passion for technology and digital innovation

  • Strong BusinessAcumen,identifiesopportunities to drive growth
