Beauty & Wellbeing Indonesia Supply Chain Lead

Unilever Indonesia is looking for a people and result driven leaders to manage Beauty & Wellbeing Supply Chain. This role will lead supply chain activities in factory to achieve end to end supply chain success in the B&W category. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who can think and act strategically to accelerate business impact for B&W. We are looking for empathetic leaders who passionate and capable to inspire, develop, and lead local management team to implement a sustainable supply chain strategy. This role will be a critical member of B&W Indonesia LT, Indonesia Supply Chain LT, and B&W Supply Chain LT that leads the development and sharing of best practices across the network and works collaboratively with the business leaders and all Supply Chain area of expertise to deliver our team’s OKRs.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain for B&W Indonesia Business, partnering B&W Indonesia Business Unit General Manager and Chief of Supply Chain Unilever B&W
• Lead people and activities in the factory, category planning, process and technology, CM (collaborate manufacturing), and logistics interface to achieve end to end supply chain success.
• Own supply chain targets including service, cash, costs, productivity, quality, innovation, OSHE, legal compliance operation, and employee engagement and talent development.
• Having factory/ site long term strategy, including restructuring, re-engineering and labor as aligned with business priority. This includes planning for resources development and deployment.
• Maximizing the end-to-end supply chain design network and work with brand teams to deliver competitive growth through supply chain operations.
• Becoming the culture and change champion. Building a winning culture through relationships and inspire others to deliver continuous improvement.
• Implementing continuous improvement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation in product as well as ways of working, cost & service models and the supply chain structure.
• Building Future Fit Manufacturing who are operationally strong and consumer focused as the way to deliver sustainable result and improve performance.
• Drive digital transformation, including automation, to improve site efficiency and enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Own the sustainability agenda to reduce the environmental footprint.
• Review and approve facility plan and audits to address ongoing needs of operation, compliance with governing rules, regulations and leasehold requirements and ensure minimized exposure to environmental risk and hazards.
• Ensure site competitiveness through ongoing identification and implementation of value improvement projects (VIPs)
• Deliver quality & superiority goals in key cells/brands.
• Work with Customer operations to safeguard superior availability through service and being customers partner of choice as well as ensuring Shelf OOS visibility.
• Step our impact building GM through all cost times while delivering our sustainability priorities (ie. Net productivity – controlled costs, material costs, 5S, simplification; Inventory, Capex, OEE)
• Dial up performance culture while progress Univoice scores especially on engagement and speed and agility.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in a Supply Chain role (Manufacturing, Technology, EHS, Quality)
• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is strongly preferred.

Skill

• Experienced in leading labor negotiation, understand Indonesia law/ regulation, has proven capability in managing employee and industrial relations.
• Strong capability in leading a big team with minimum 3 years working experiences in leading entire factory or Supply Chain, preferably at the Director level
