JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive purpose‑led innovation by leading multifunctional projects that create value, ensure operational excellence, and bring new products to life across the Foods division.

You will apply Unilever’s Project Management Framework (Innoflex) to secure OTIF delivery, enable a responsive E2E supply chain, and ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Innovation projects ensuring service level and OTIF delivery, enabling value creation through additional turnover and gross profit while meeting quality and legal standards.
  • Build and update Project Gantt plans based on multifunctional inputs, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.
  • Act as PMO for Innovation initiatives, validating project scope, opportunity size, portfolio strategy, and launch ambitions with project owners and cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate phase‑out of materials and finished goods for portfolio transitions, minimizing write‑offs and balancing stock levels.
  • Lead Risk & Opportunities evaluation throughout project phases and drive action plans influencing Gantt adjustments.
  • Prepare and present key project documentation for decision gates, aligned with the Innoflex framework.
  • Ensure visibility and alignment regarding supply chain risks in local and regional project forums.
  • Lead post‑launch evaluations, reviewing KPI adherence and defining continuous improvement actions.
  • Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire innovation process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading projects in a multifunctional environment, with strong project management capability (soft and hard skills).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, project tools, logical thinking, and problem‑solving.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership influence.
  • Spanish: Upper‑Intermediate
  • English: Upper‑Intermediate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Innovation processes.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or basic programming.
  • Familiarity with Unilever’s Innoflex or project management frameworks.
