Terms & Conditions:Full-time – Hybrid (onsite in the office three days per week).No national or international relocation bonus applies.

JOB PURPOSE:
As Brand Coordinator for Dove Men +Care, you will play a key role in shaping brand demand and desire at scale. From executing point-of-sale activations to driving digital-first campaigns, you will support the end-to-end marketing operation of one of the most iconic brands in the portfolio. This role will give you hands-on experience in brand building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy social-first campaigns to achieve communication objectives while optimizing key metrics.

  • Manage the PR and content creator strategy, leveraging digital and culturally relevant consumer trends.

  • Execute point-of-sale (POS) plans to drive awareness and conversion.

  • Define and implement the e-commerce strategy across omnichannel and pure player marketplaces.

  • Support the rollout of the brand innovation funnel and development of banded packs.

  • Bring creative and consumer-focused solutions to generate demand and build brand desire at scale.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external agencies.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Brand Management within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.

  • Experience in consumer goods categories such as beverages, snacks, food, personal care, or related FMCG industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall computer proficiency.

  • Exposure to brand campaign execution, product launches, innovation projects, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong communication skills, time management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Commitment, accuracy, efficiency and accountability

  • Creative, consumer focused mindset, social media native and onboard on latest digital trends.
