KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues and non-compliance.
• Collaborate with project and factory teams to develop and maintain project quality documentation, including quality control plans, inspection checklists, and test procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality records, including non-conformance reports, inspection reports, and corrective action reports.
• Train project team members on quality standards, processes, and procedures to promote a culture of quality throughout the project.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements and resolve any quality-related issues.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management to ensure continuous improvement of project quality processes.
• Develop validation protocols according to GMP guidelines and implement the validation plans for commissioning, run length determination, cleaning-disinfection etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 Years of experience in Supply chain relevant sector.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a project-based environment.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining FSSC, BRC or similar quality management systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry or sector of the project.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Ability to travel as required for project-related activities.
• Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures of FMCGs
