Background and Purpose of the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Unilever’s highest growth Business Unit, and largest cell of Beauty and Wellbeing, the Wellbeing Collective. The Wellbeing Collective is the platform responsible for providing centralized services at scale, including Procurement, to the Wellbeing operating companies (OpCos), which include Liquid IV, Nutrafol, Olly, Smartypants, Onnit, Welly, and others.

In this role you will lead strategic sourcing for Logistics (Warehousing, Fulfillment, and Transportation), including supplier strategy, relationship managment, compliance, innovation and cost savings initiatives for certain Operating Companies under the Wellbeing Collective, with focus on the US supply chain footprint (WL2B) as well as globally in support of the Wellbeing Collective International Expansion team (WL2C).

This job encompasses the following core responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leadership

  • Lead strategic sourcing of Logistics, Warehousing, and Transportation services using the 7-step Collaborative Procurement Methodology (CPM).

  • Establish multi-year sourcing strategies, including partnership strategies.

  • Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions and productivity improvements.

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract award.

Fulfillment & E-Commerce Logistics

  • Source and manage 3PL and fulfillment partners.

  • Ensure integration with WMS, TMS, and order management platforms.

  • Support DTC and omnichannel distribution models.

Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and deliver cost savings programs and initiatives.

  • Implement continuous improvement programs in collaboration with OpCos.

  • Leverage benchmarking, technology platforms (including AI), and portfolio expertise to drive value.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing).

  • Represent sourcing strategies before senior leadership (Contract Board, UPLT, OpCo LTs, WBC LT).

  • Ensure alignment and awareness of key transformational initiatives.

Market & Risk Management

  • Build market expertise to bring best capabilities to OpCos.

  • Understand regulatory and legal issues; engage SMEs as needed.

  • Protect Unilever and OpCos through deployment of purchasing agreements and contracts.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Develop performance measurement frameworks with suppliers (SLAs, penalties, incentives).

  • Enable ongoing supplier relationship management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure contractual coverage and compliance, including Responsible Partner program.

Leadership & Cultural Fit

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Outstanding communication skills: spoken, visual, and written.

  • Be an influencer who gets things done with a high level of sustainability and effectiveness

  • A very high level of business acumen who can interact with and “speak the language” of senior executives and general managers

  • Comfortable managing across organizational cultures, as the Wellbeing Collective is the bridge across Operating Companies, and between Operating Companies and the broader Unilever team  

  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree Supply Chain, Business, Engineering. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum 8 years general business experience in any Supply Chain function but preferably within Procurement (Packaging, Marketing and Business Services, Logistics, Contract Manufacturing)

  • Be an expert at stakeholder management and engagement

Pay: The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
