JOB PURPOSE

The Replenishment Analyst supports the Integrated Planning organization by providing the reporting, analytics, and planning visibility needed to enable strong service, inventory, and business performance across Beauty & Wellbeing North America.

Working across Demand, Supply, and Replenishment Planning, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining key planning reports, scorecards, data pulls, and visualizations that provide teams with timely and accurate visibility to performance, risks, and opportunities. The Replenishment Analyst will partner closely with Demand Fulfillment Managers, Market Collaboration Planners, Replenishment Planners, Planning Operations Managers, and other planning stakeholders to understand business needs and translate data into clear, actionable information.

The role combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with a working understanding of end-to-end planning processes. While the primary focus is analytics, reporting, and decision support, the Replenishment Analyst will also provide planning support and investigate service, inventory, demand, and supply exceptions as business needs arise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Planning Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring planning reports and scorecards across service, inventory, demand, supply, and replenishment.
  • Perform regular and ad hoc data pulls to support business reviews, planning discussions, leadership requests, and deeper investigation of performance gaps.
  • Track and report key planning metrics including Dispatch Rate, inventory and Days Inventory, forecast accuracy and bias, demand and supply performance, planning adherence, customer service, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Develop reporting and analysis for excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and unhealthy inventory, including visibility to trends and potential areas requiring further action.
  • Provide reporting and visibility to innovation, renovation, transition, and delist performance as needed.
  • Identify trends, recurring exceptions, data anomalies, and emerging risks within planning data and bring them forward to the appropriate process or business owners for further assessment and action.
  • Support root-cause investigations by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant data to enable process owners and planning leaders to determine drivers and appropriate actions.
  • Create clear data visualizations, Power BI dashboards, Excel-based analysis, and PowerPoint materials that enable teams and leadership to quickly understand business performance.
  • Maintain and continuously improve recurring reports and analytical tools, balancing manual data analysis with opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting.
  • Help establish consistent definitions, reporting methodologies, and sources of truth across Integrated Planning analytics.

Replenishment & Planning Support

  • Support Demand Fulfillment Managers, Market Collaboration Planners, Replenishment Planners, Planning Operations Managers, and other planning stakeholders with analysis required to evaluate service, inventory, demand, and supply performance.
  • Monitor product availability and replenishment performance and provide visibility to potential service risks, inventory imbalances, and exceptions requiring attention.
  • Support analysis of short- and mid-term supply challenges, including demand/supply gaps and service and inventory trade-offs.
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Operations, and other cross-functional teams to gather information and provide analytical support for planning decisions.
  • Provide analytical support for scenario planning and evaluation of service, inventory, and replenishment alternatives.
  • Participate in relevant Demand-Supply, Integrated Planning, and performance review meetings, providing data and reporting support as required.
  • Support waste prevention and inventory health activities across Finished Goods, Packaging, and Raw Materials through reporting and exception visibility.
  • Provide analytical support for innovation, transition, portfolio, and strategic planning activities.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
