WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Responsible for Raw Material Portfolio, Contract Manufacturing and Procurement Operations for all operations for Tukey and Arabia Foods BU.
• Responsible to deliver procurement strategies and implement in Turkey & Arabia business ensuring material delivery on site in full.
• Follow up markets price trends to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods and report best pricing estimate for annual planning and business.
• Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings.
• Support the business with accurate price forecasting. Prepares information on purchase prices and conditions to enable proper budgeting and cash forecasting.
• Identify metrics, tools and process to optimize sourcing, supplier activities and efficiencies.
• Work closely with Foods Business and suppliers to drive key initiatives such as Sustainable Sourcing, NDPE, RSP, aligned with Unilever Sustainable Living Plan
• Initiate and drive complexity reduction (e.g. harmonization of specifications and suppliers)
• Deliver the Operation Cash Flow and Working Capital plans for the specific materials/services and suppliers.
• Support and manage supply chain issues (e.g. crisis management).
• Measure and manage overall performance of suppliers
• Continuously improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities.
• Develop, coach and mentor resources within a high performing and motivated team responsible for interfacing with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support collaboration with senior functional leaders to establish short- and long-term business objectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives across Foods Procurement Team
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent Unilever's interests in the management of external strategic relationships.
• Responsible for driving BU priorities such as innovations, savings projects, Global portfolio strategy implementation, and business partnering the BU Business team.
• Lead PMI activities for FG & RM PTAB
• Lead Material Strategy for Foods Category PTAB

• Procurement and Supply Chain Experience
• Procurement Experience of 3-5 years
• Total Experience 10+ years

• Procurement Strategy Formulation: Developing/partnering in development of manufacturing supply strategy; Develop supplier strategies; Integrating procurement strategy into the business
• Procurement Strategy Execution and Performance Management: Competitive bidding and tendering; Supplier negotiation; Supplier qualification and onboarding; Contractual supplier engagement; Supplier performance measurement and management
• Partnering with Suppliers to Win: Attract, select, manage and motivate partners; Identifying value creating opportunities
• Experience in Procurement and Supplier management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Change management experience of large scale / global transformation projects.
• Ability and drive to work independently and guide diverse teams.
