JOB PURPOSE 

​The Supply Planning Lead ensures the end-to-end availability of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials by leading the short to medium-term (0–24 month) planning horizon. The role exists to deliver superior customer service, safeguard business continuity, and enable growth by converting demand, innovation needs, and capacity realities into a reliable, optimized supply plan. The Supply Planning lead acts as the bridge between Shipment Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Innovation teams, ensuring all supply decisions balance service, cost, capacity, and inventory. This role is accountable for preventing supply interruptions, ensuring innovations land on time, and delivering inventory targets. Fundamentally, the Supply Planning Lead owns the factory supply agenda, driving scenario planning, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the supply network to support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic priorities. It is very important to mention that specifically for the current period, this role will be highly focused on Raw material planning until the full handover is carried out to CG​. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • ​​​Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules that optimize resource use and minimize downtime. Maintain Output Reliability (OR) and ensuring seamless execution of production plans 
  • ​Long Term Capacity Planning: Manage factory long term capacity planning as per long term forecast signal and business plan. Run capacity utilization scenario planning for both domestic & exports volumes. 
  • ​Customer Service Support: Ensure DR% and CCFOT% through 100% stock availability as per shipment plan 
  • ​Factory Collaboration: Act as the on-ground liaison between Integrated planning and factory teams. Collaborate/align with factory teams on (calendar and labour), MRP and MPS for line scheduling & planned shutdowns 
  • ​Decision Making & Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and respond quickly to disruptions. 
  • ​Innovation Execution: Coordinate with Innovation planners, demand planners and marketing teams for new product launches and ensure smooth transitions with minimum business waste in relaunch projects. 
  • ​Demand Supply Reconciliation: Responsible for providing Demand Supply Reconciliation signal as part of the monthly S&OP cycle 
  • ​Exports Plan & Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination and communication with exports team on exports demand  
  • ​Business waste & OS&R: Responsible to minimize SU OS&R, monthly provision submission to finance and monthly OS&R review with the team to track and drive actions. 
  • ​Inventory management: Ensuring optimal inventory levels for RPM & FG to avoid OS&R or business waste 
  • ​Master Data Health: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support planning accuracy. 
  • ​Smart Touch Planning: Manage new and current technologies – SAP ECC & Rapid Response​​ 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • ​​5-6 years planning experience 
  • ​Engineering or Supply Chain Bachelors Degree 
  • ​Strategic partnership. 
  • ​Collaboration. 
  • ​Production planning & scheduling. 
  • ​MRP.
