JOB PURPOSE
Lead Master Production Schedule, Material Requirement Planning for Foods category to manage the required Service Levels, with optimum level of stocks and business waste.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Material requirement planning:
1. Responsible for ensuring raw materials and packaging material availability for Foods category as per norms
2. Managing inventory as per A, B, C classes
3. Responsible for updating week on week material requirement planning (MRP) excel based as well as loading MPS in SAP to run system MRP
4. Responsible for creation of PR for import materials as per lead time
5. Responsible for PO creation for local raw materials and follow up with local supplier
6. Week on week circulation of early warning indicator to Procurement
7. Responsible for following up with suppliers on ETAs of materials
Master production schedule:
1. Responsible for master production schedule for Foods category ensuring covers as per Norms
2. Responsible for highlighting capacity constraints
3. Week on week update of master production schedule based on openings and Demand plan revisions
Provision and blocked stocks:
1. Responsible for provisions for Foods category
2. Minimization of business waste. Highlighting MOQ issues, expiries based on demand drop etc to business and finance
3. Responsible to ensure system hygiene. Blocked stocks removal and coordination with relevant stake holders
Production planning:
1. Responsible to share week on week production plan to foods factory and alignment with operations stake holders
2. Responsible to ensure daily plan compliance and mitigation of any issues pertaining to RM/PM during the production week
3. Coordinating with logistics, warehousing, local suppliers, quality and R&D for material issues/movement/release.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
• 3+ years experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Proven track record of analytical thinking, stakeholder management and team management.

• Software tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
