Our Future Leaders Program 

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From day one, you'll own projects and workstreams that contribute to real business outcomes, working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Through a combination of hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship and leadership exposure, you'll accelerate your development while making a meaningful impact from the start. It’s fast-paced, challenging and incredibly rewarding.

You'll be encouraged to take ownership, bring fresh thinking to the table and challenge convention. In return, you'll gain the experience, support and opportunities needed to build the skills, confidence and capability to become a purpose-led leader

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Sales (Customer Development)

At Unilever, Customer Development is where strategy meets execution, turning consumer demand into commercial success. Our Sales (Customer Development) UFLP is designed to accelerate the careers of future commercial leaders by providing real-world experience across sales, category management, e-commerce, customer strategy, and account management.

You'll work alongside some of ANZ's largest retail and digital partners, using shopper insights, market data, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and deliver winning customer solutions. From developing joint business plans to supporting category growth initiatives and navigating the evolving e-commerce landscape, you'll gain exposure to the key drivers of a successful FMCG business.

Throughout the programme, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, building a holistic understanding of how a global organisation creates value for customers and consumers alike.

Supported by personalised development plans, dedicated mentorship, and exposure to Unilever's global expertise, you'll develop the commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities needed to make an impact from day one and build a successful career in sales and business leadership.
