Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

  • Leads the development and implementation of insight-led Skin Cleansing brand plans across Australia and New Zealand to deliver sustainable market share, revenue and profitability growth.
  • Owns key innovation, renovation and demand-creation projects across bars, body wash and adjacent cleansing formats, from local opportunity identification through to in-market launch and optimisation.
  • Builds productive partnerships across Customer Strategy and Planning, Customer Development, Consumer and Market Insights, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, regional and global category teams, and agency partners to deliver brilliant end-to-end execution.

Main Accountabilities

Relevant Experiences

  • 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in Personal Care, Beauty and Wellbeing or another high-involvement FMCG category isadvantageous
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated brand marketing plans and campaigns
  • Experience managing innovation,renovationor product-launch projects on time and in full
  • Experience working with media, creative, social, publicrelationsand shopper agencies
  • Strong cross-functional experience with Customer Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Consumer and Market Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D
  • Experience analysing brand, category and shopper data and translating it into practical action
  • Project and budget management experience; working knowledge of brand P&L drivers
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related discipline preferred
  • Digital, social commerce,e-commerceor alternate-channel experience is highly valued
