Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Account Manager with a strong growth-oriented mindset to join our Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing Customer Business Development team.
The ideal candidate embraces an Agile approach, viewing challenges as opportunities to build new and innovative solutions.
This position requires a strong analytical profile and an good command of English, enabling effective participation in international meetings and global interactions.

Key responsibilities:

The Field Account Manager will be responsible for the strategy on Top customers, defining a tailored development plan for each account and determining the appropriate level of investment based on potential.
The candidate will lead and monitor the execution of the defined strategy, ensuring correct assortment management, promotional planning, and in-store execution.
The candidate will manage directly—and in coordination with others—key accounts and field agents who will support operational (day by day) activities with customers.
The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment is essential.


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG companies or as a buyer within large retail organizations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and structured thinking, paired with solid negotiation skills.
  • High levels of constructive energy and a strong growth mindset.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and autonomy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and flexible thinking.
  • High levels of dynamism.
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong data processing and interpretation skills, with a natural inclination for negotiation.
  • Fluency in English (required for international meetings).
