Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Field Sales & Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the team responsible for bringing Unilever's commercial plans to life in stores across the Netherlands. Working closely with Field Sales, Data & Operations and external partners, you will help improve execution, support major campaigns and contribute to the day-to-day operations of one of Unilever's largest frontline teams.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Head of Field Sales with meeting preparation, reporting and operational activities.
• Assisting with the planning and communication of key campaigns and activations for the field sales team.
• Monitoring retail execution performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting data quality initiatives and the use of image recognition tools to generate actionable insights.
• Preparing presentations, updates and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating activities with Field Sales, Trade Marketing and external agency partners.
• Contributing to projects that improve sales execution, ways of working and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Learn

• Gain exposure to the retail environment through work supporting major customers such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Plus.
• Take ownership of projects that directly impact the effectiveness of Unilever's frontline sales organization.

What we're looking for:

• Available for 5-6 months starting February-March 2027 (minimum 32-40 hours per week)
• Currently enrolled in a (HBO) Dutch university, Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year) or a Master's program
• Eager to learn, challenge yourself, and take ownership of impactful projects
• Available to work on site 2-3 days a week at our Rotterdam Office
• Fluency in Dutch and English
