Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) – DISCOUNTER

Location: Seoul, Korea

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) – DISCOUNTER to join our Commercial Team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and executing winning strategies across key retail partners, particularly DAISO and other DISCOUNTER accounts.

What You'll Do

Account Management

  • Manage and develop key DISCOUNTER accounts, including DAISO.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
  • Lead customer discussions and identify growth opportunities.

Sales Operations

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Manage product listings, pricing setup, and assortment planning.
  • Optimize sell-through and overall account performance.

Sales Development & Execution

  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and activations.
  • Improve product visibility, shelving, and merchandising standards.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive impactful campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure timely product availability and seamless execution of plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare sales reports and performance reviews.
  • Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Recommend strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (strong candidates with up to 3–6 years may also be considered).
  • Experience in:
    • Beauty & Wellness (highly preferred)
    • FMCG
    • Retail Sales
    • DISCOUNTER Channels

Key Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong Excel and sales reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to execute promotions and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing DAISO or similar discount retail accounts.
  • Exposure to pricing management, product listings, and trade promotions.
