2) Lead report consolidation, optimization, and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

3) Assess new reporting and dashboard requirements, translating business needs into clear, impactful analytical outputs.

4) Design and execute a long-term reporting strategy, leveraging modern analytics and visualization tools to unlock deeper insights and enhance decision-making.

5) Drive continuous improvement by simplifying existing reports and eliminating low-value or redundant outputs.

Distribution Forecasting

1) Perform monthly distribution forecasts for each distribution centre, ensuring robustness and transparency in assumptions and outputs.

2) Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve irregularities or outliers in both forecasting results and underlying systems.

3) Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously refine forecasting methodologies and inputs.

4) Lead or support the development of next-generation distribution forecasting, incorporating advanced analytics and machine learning–based techniques to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
