JOB PURPOSE

As an Account Planner (KAM assistant), you’ll be important part of driving our commercial ambition from vision to action. You are the essential connector between sales, customers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination, sharp planning, and fast, confident decision making.
With your structured approach, data driven mindset, and proactive problem solving, you’ll elevate key account performance and play a direct role in fuelling sustainable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Lists & Files
• Ongoing updates of campaign lists and files
• Handling and updating the ACTPM file (assortment/SKU/display/Week)
• Maintaining KAM files
• Submitting requests to CDBS


Price Errors & Price Administration
• Handling and correction of price errors
• Adjusting incorrect discounts
• Code changes for T-code, EAN and MRDR code
• Updating and verifying campaign prices

Listing Windows and Sample orders
• Sending and updating IN/OUT forms for customers
• Coordinating samples for new products
• Handling photo samples for internal and external use

Supply Meetings (OST)
• Creating new cards for OST tasks
• Follow-up and status on active cards
• Reviewing and updating the RISK file

Customer Support
• Handling emails and phone calls
• Receiving, creating, and following up on orders
• Preparing and maintaining VI Sheets
• Support for campaigns and price errors
• Handling various ad hoc tasks

Sales Reps Support
• Handling emails and phone inquiries
• Updating sales tools required for Sales Reps
• Support KAM in daily cooperation with Sales Reps
• Handling orders and backorders

Sales Handbook
• Updating campaign slides
• Updating in/out lists and display lists
• Maintaining the spot market slide (COOP)
• Updating various marketing materials

VI Sheets
• Handling customer specific VI Sheets (including multiple workarounds – GS1)
• Updating assortment in ACTPM
• Updating assortment in price and limit files

Administrative & Commercial Support Tasks Month-End Closing
• Review and quality assurance of TMI files – with KAM
• Handling and responding to finance-related emails
• Submitting requests accruals to CDBS

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

• Strong commercial and analytical abilities: ability to analyze sales data, pricing files and campaign performance
• Excellent coordination and planning: skilled at managing multiple requestions and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize in a FMGC environment
• Systems and technology proficiency: experience user in SAP.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management: strong written and verbal communication and ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable updates
• Fluent in English – verbal as a written.
• Attention to detail and quality focus: high accuracy in updating lists, slides, order information and campaign files
• Problem solving skills and a proactive initiative: ability to troubleshoot issues and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving improvements and/or solutions
• Experience in previous Commercial Sales Support or Customer Service positions desired

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiar with the Danish market within FMCG
