“Unilever trusts me with roles that stretch my capabilities and bring me to my performance edge. My first manager said, ‘Always go for roles that feel like shoes a size too big, Unilever will help you grow into them.’ 19 years later, they continue to make good on that promise and as a leader now myself, I too continue that legacy for others.”

3. Scale for Good
Unilever Philippines is a market that aims to utilize renewable or recycled carbon (instead of carbon derived from fossil fuels) in our homecare products by 2030.
This aligns with Clean Future; a global program that aims to work towards net zero emissions from Unilever products in 2039 through reducing carbon footprint and practicing circular economy principles.
In the Philippines, this is actualized through the “Walastik sa Pasig” expanded plastic collection program in partnership with the City Government of Pasig.
