Job Title: Channel Distributor Manager
Location: North Luzon – Region 2 (Isabela-based)
Reports To: Regional Channel and Distributor Manager
Department: Customer Development/Sales

Job Summary:
The Channel Distributor Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel and distributors partners across region 2. This role ensures that distributors are aligned with company goals, sales targets, and brand standards, while driving revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Development

  • Design and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive distributor market coverage.

Distributor Management

  • Build strong relationships with key distributor partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, branding, and operational standards.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans and promotional activities.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Training & Enablement

  • Conduct regular training sessions for distributor sales teams.
  • Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support distributor needs.
  • Cooordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve channel efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in North Luzon.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools.
  • Can drive, has a valid driver's license and willing to do heavy field work in the region/assigned area
