Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands and Brussels, Belgium
Local condition apply
Salary range (incl. holiday allowance) depending on experience and peers: 62500EUR - 78000EUR

JOB SUMMARY
As Growth Marketing Manager Benelux, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Benelux Team and will report to the Digital Marketing Manager Benelux. In a nutshell, you are strategically responsible for the Customer Experience within the Belgian and Dutch markets. Whether you are based in the Netherlands or in Belgium, a regular physical presence will be expected in both countries to ensure smooth collaboration with local Marketing and CD teams. By taking our 360° customer journey to the next step via smart digital marketing (including onboarding, retention and re-engagement strategies), you will help them engage with our brands and drive them towards sales, which will – in the end – result in a valuable long-term buying relationship.
You have a passion for growth and efficiency using data & insights. You can think in a strategic, creative and commercial way while at the same time understanding analytics & dashboarding. By doing this, you are able to connect business goals with technology/data development.
In addition, you bring strong budget management capabilities, excellent communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of the digital landscapes in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Your basic knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations ensures our activities remain compliant and responsible. With these skills, you are fully equipped to meet the dynamic requirements of a modern growth marketing role at UFS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Experience Lead
- You get energised from smart customer journeys and are driven to lead customers through the ‘touch-tell-sell’ conversion funnel, from acquisition to retention. This translates in being the Project Manager of our Customer Experience initiatives like Formula1 or WhatsApp for Business.
- You are the strategic owner of our loyalty programme Cook&Save
- Your willingness to drive our business further results in being the overall Project Manager of all our cross-channel Digital Experiments
- Performance Marketing
- Your hands-on experience and interest in Paid Social and Paid Search, makes you challenge the external agencies we work with on campaign formats, assets and targeting set-ups. In that sense, you will work closely with the Content & Social Media Specialist.
- You are always on the lookout to test and implement new digital opportunities such as new communication channels (WhatsApp for Business) or native digital advertising.
- Driven by your Test & Learn mindset, you constantly keep track of performance on KPI’s such as ROI/ROAS, CPA, CLV... Based on data insights and reporting, you are the strategic developer and owner of our 360° customer journey, for which you will be closely working with our CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
