JOB PURPOSE

As a Sector Manager at Unilever Food Solutions BE, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our products (Knorr, Hellmann’s,…)  within our portfolio. You will manage a region in West-Flanders to visit our operators (Hotel, restaurant, butchers, traiteur, elderly homes, hospitals, schools,... ) to be their culinary contact person for UFS. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making routing & planning to visit your operators in an efficient way.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to present the right products to customers & tastings.
  • Analyze sales figures within your region.
  • Achieving your own KPIs.
  • Identify and develop potential customers.
  • Sometimes to be present at fairs, events, ...
  • Maintain strong relationships with your customers & trade partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, sales or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Team player who will thrive in a friendly and collaborative team environment
  • Passion for cooking & strong interest in the culinary world.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical and sales development skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Culinary experience.
  • Experience FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Experience with CRM and analytical tools.
