You will work on brands that are loved and improve the lives of our consumers and the communities around us. You will lead innovations, big and small, that will make our business win and grow. You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues who provide mentorship and inspiration so that you can become a better you.

Position: Factory Leadership Team Support

Department: SC General Management

Location: Minburi Factory

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit site-wide announcements, reports, presentations, and other communications
  • Organize and support cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and other engagement activities—including preparing minutes of meetings and tracking follow-ups
  • Support planning and execution of major events such as town hall, Away Day, and other key engagement activities
  • Attend non-sensitive meetings to help monitor progress of key activities and decisions
  • Lead the coordination of all VIP visits, ensuring seamless logistics and stakeholder alignment
  • Handle expense reports, procurement requests, and office logistics for SULTs

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Service-oriented, agile self-starter who adapts well to changing priorities, schedules, and fast-paced environments
  • Strong coordination and communication skills; conversational English is sufficient for interacting with foreign stakeholders
  • Quick learner who can progressively move from observing non-critical meetings to contributing in critical discussions
  • Hands-on and comfortable in a factory/production-floor environment, with willingness to be onsite and involved in operations
  • 1–3 years of related experience, preferably with exposure to factory or operational projects; Bachelor’s degree required
