Main Job Purpose:
His/Her purpose is to lead innovation projects involving multifunctional teams following UL Project Management Framework guidance (Innoflex), delivering service level targets (OTIF) and clear communication among stakeholders and interfaces.

Key Accountabilities:
• Innovation Project OTIF and service level assurance, with focus on a responsive E2E supply chain, delivering value creation throw additional turnover and gross profit, attending quality standards and legal requirements.
• Guarantee Project Gantt build up and updates according to multifunctional teams inputs, assuring key milestones accomplishment according to plan to attend OTIF performance.
• Lead Inno projects as PMO working together with Project owner and multifunctional team to validate project scope, size of opportunity approaching value creation, portfolio strategy and sales launch ambitions.
• Coordinate materials and finished good phase out according to portfolio changes proposals withing Inno projects, balancing stocks and mitigation of write-offs oncosts.
• Assure Risk&Opps evaluations and updates along project development phases, with clear communication and influencing Gantt adjustments and respective action plans developed within multifunctional team discussions.
• Prepare clear and effective documentation to present Projects through strategic decision gates, according to UL Project Management Framework (Innoflex)
• Actively participate into local and regional project meetings, assuring visibility and alignments regarding risks and considerations under an E2E supply chain approach, assuring clear communication within all stakeholders related to innovation projects.
• Lead post-launch evaluation to evaluate adherence to plan KPIs and continuous improvement actions plans accordantly.
• Lead and influence continuous improvement initiatives for Innovation Process overall.

Key Challenges:
• Lead multifunctional initiatives, aligning, influencing and assuring tasks execution according to stablished deadlines.
• Identify and coordinate improvement opportunities along project implementation and assure process standards according to framework established.
• Coordinate clear communication within stakeholders throw strategic and influencing approaches.

Skills that will be considered:
- Willingness to learn and take new challenges, strong stakeholder management, leadership to influence multifunctional teams.
- Technical knowledge, Logical thinking, Excel, accountability and bias for action, change maker mindset with discipline to coordinate processes maturity leverage.
- Project Management experience with soft and hard skills (Team and Gantt leadership and PM software’s),
- Basic Programming as “a nice to have” (i.e. Power Bi)

Important:
 Spanish: Upper-Intermediate level (position with regular contact with Spanish speaking countries and leadership)
 English: Upper-Intermediate level (position periodically will have meetings with global Team)
