Procurement Manager Beauty & Wellbeing (TEMPORAL)

Role Purpose

B&W Mexico Market Procurement Manager is responsible for leading procurement team, managing supplier relationships, and cost performance. The role translates regional/global strategies into market-level execution, ensuring supply resilience, cost competitiveness, and flawless service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Business Partnering

- Serve as the primary procurement contact for the local business (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D).

- Support implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies at market level.

2. Cost, Cash & Performance Delivery

- Deliver NMI, Cash, and Gross Margin targets.

- Identify productivity opportunities and support material optimization.

3. Supplier Relationship & Service Management

- Manage supplier performance across service, quality, cost, logistics, and compliance.

- Collaborate with suppliers to enable innovation, resilience, and sustainability.

4. Market Intelligence & Risk Management

- Translate global/regional price trends to local conditions including logistics and inflation factors.

- Lead contingency planning, supply risk assessments, and crisis mitigation.

5. Innovation & Portfolio Support

- Ensure timely execution of local and regional innovation projects with supplier readiness.

6. Sustainability & Compliance

- Accelerate sustainable sourcing roadmaps (plastics, naturals, packaging sustainability).

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with LATAM Procurement teams including categories, CM, logistics, and business partnering.
