JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and report daily headcount, attendance, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower movements.
  • Support the factory HRBP with maintaining accurate people data to support UMS and site performance tracking.
  • Conduct ER investigations, including human error-related cases, in line with company procedures.
  • Administer the grievance management process, ensuring formal case documentation and timely investigations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, requests, complaints, and ER issues
  • Support compliance with Saudi Labor Law requirements through day-to-day HR operations.
  • Monitor Saudization status and proactively flag risks or gaps.
  • Support labor inspections, governmental audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, medical insurance, governmental platforms (e.g. QIWA) and exits.
  • Apply and calculate overtime and compensatory off in line with approved policies.
  • Provide accurate HR inputs to payroll and benefits processes.
  • Support employee engagement and communication initiatives in collaboration with WPS.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR operational experience
  • Preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
  • CIPD or equivalent HR certification (preferred)
  • Strategic breadth and systems thinking – you can think across functions and across time to anticipate change and prepare plans to help the business to grow long term
  • Culture development – you will have experience of creating appropriate culture and behavior interventions that drive employee engagement, retention and performance
  • Internal and External influencing – you will be comfortable with working with teams with differing priorities internally to bring them in to support change,
