Main Responsibilities

Develop ANZ Wild GTM strategy across categories

  • Working with Wild global to localise Wild strategy creating growth plans.
  • Deliver strategy working with local & global marketing on demand creation & ANZ sales teams to unlock sales results.

Business Development

  • Business Development to accelerate the Wild brand across ANZ, winning ranging in retailers and launching new categories.

Lead ARM & DRM meetings within S&OP

  • Drive business planning rhythm and deliver accurate, reliable category forecasts working with Wild global. Own and deliver the short-term category forecast.

Deliver initiatives to improve profitability & success

  • Working with global supply chain & procurement to unlock efficiencies and deliver fuel for growth pipeline.

Innovation pipeline

  • Collaborate with Wild to shape new product development using key category and customer metrics, working with Wild Global.

Develop category growth strategy.

  • Build insights to support decision-making and develop customer strategies. Provide strategy to grow category, partnering with retailers to win

Build brand & category knowledge to become Wild expert

  • Generate standardised category market data reporting and analysis (monthly cadence). Collaborate with sales team to provide expertise to retailers

Support CSP Lead

  • Provide customer and category insights from standardised reporting to shape category expertise, Wild strategy and range review delivery.

Pricing & Promotional Strategy

  • Provide customer and category insights from standardised reporting to shape category expertise, Wild strategy and range review delivery.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional with customer-facing and category experience.
  • Proven track record in FMCG or similar retail industry.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting.


Skills

  • Category Growth Management: Generates objective channel insights with strong understanding of shopper groups, missions, and journeys.
  • Channel Mastery: Integrates elements of Unilever and customer business; communicates external needs/issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Insights and consumer knowledge: Interprets data to best represent the Wild ANZ consumer, to form the global roll out plans and shape category strategy for retailers.
  • Digital Commerce: Understands digital landscape, business models, and shopper fundamentals to win in digital commerce.
  • Commercial Strategy: Understands investment allocation and its impact on shared profit pool between Unilever and the customer.
  • Data Literacy: Interprets a wide variety of data/information and uses analytics to form compelling narratives.
  • Executional Excellence: Understands customer inventory requirements and supplier standards at category and store level.
