In the role of “Talent Acquisition Partner” you will contribute towards the achievement of the HR strategy through being the Resourcing partner of the business unit by leading Talent Acquisition agenda. As part of this role, you are expected to build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Leaders of the organization and come up with Resourcing solutions and strategy. Aligned with the Talent Acquisition agenda, you will lead the execution of Employer Branding Strategy in your business unit with a goal of maintaining to be the number 1 Employer of Choice. In this role you will oversee delivering a best in class recruiting experience to Hiring managers and Candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle. Providing strategic support to Line Managers and a ensure we give best in class” candidate experience.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Recruitment Key Metrics (Diversity, Success of hire, Cost of Hire, candidate and Hiring Manager satisfaction)
- Drives forecasting and demand planning discussions in partnership with HRBP’s
- Builds a solid understanding of the local Talent market as well as the Unilever business.
- Leads the business unit and guides Hiring Managers on the suitable resourcing solution for their needs
- Works with Talent Sourcers in an agile manner, fluidly and depending on the business need, guides and supports them when necessary
- Leads proactive Talent Mapping & candidate engagement initiatives as per the business needs.
- Fully utilizes the digital sourcing/recruitment tools.
- Ensures that global Recruitment process and guidelines are applied in the business unit by taking into consideration local requirements (i.e. driven by Labour Law).
- Continuously engages with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Business Partners, HR Director) for feedback and improvements in execution of Talent Acquisition agenda.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR within a matrix organization
- Sound knowledge of talent market is preferable
- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
- Has a passion for Talent Acquisition
