WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

The Assistant commercial finance analyst will be responsible to closely work with the Commercial finance Analyst to

Lead Credit control 

TTS accruals 

TTS Payments review 

Aged TTS review and reconciliation of payments vs accruals 

Aged Debtors and overdoes management 

Support NACREMS to ensure Overdue management is done effectively

Business Partner to CD and Marketing 

  • The Assistant commercial finance analyst will take part in

  • Channel planning

  • Joint Business Planning

  • Distribution Improvement plans

Role in Month end: 

  • Ensuring all control linked activities impacting CD and Marketing are completed, including key accruals  

  • Completing the analysis of Actuals vs FC by coordinating with SC Finance & FET & ensuring Sign off on WD4 

Partnering with Marketing in:

  • Annual BMI Budget assignment

  • Quarterly activity Planning

  • Pricing and NRM

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field of study

  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience

  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
